Academic Planning Council



  1. To maintain and enhance the quality of education provided by the institution by establishing standards and guidelines to assess the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes.

  2. Evaluate the performance and outcomes of academic programs to identify areas for improvement and assess whether the goals of the programs are being met.

  3. Plan to set academic priorities and goals that align with the institution’s mission and vision. 

  4. Develop initiatives to support student success, including academic advising, tutoring programs, and academic support services.

  5. Establish and revise academic policies.

  6. Engage students in the academic planning process, gathering their feedback and suggestions for improving the academic experience.
